A successful program and/or policy relies on the interrelatedness of two public awareness components: communication/messaging and marketing.
What you say, communication or messaging, is just as valuable as what and who you use to carry that message forward, or the marketing.
ICYD has benefited by the work conducted by the Frameworks Institute. ICYD is willing to share our resulting Iowa Youth Development Strategic Plan, in which we framed youth issues. The message created can be adapted by any program or local community partnership to assist in their own communication strategies.
